My Integrative Approach

I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches to provide holistic support tailored to your unique needs

What is Integrative Counselling?

Integrative counsellors use different therapeutic techniques in their work to create sessions that meet each persons individual needs. I combine techniques from person-centred therapy, gestalt therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to provide holistic support. This flexibility allows me to adapt to your individual circumstances and work with you in a way that feels most helpful and meaningful to you.

Person-Centred Approach

At the heart of my practice is the person-centred approach, which emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a safe, accepting space where you can explore your experiences without judgment.

Gestalt Approach

I also incorporate gestalt therapy, which focuses on gaining deep self awareness, and healing past traumas. This approach helps you to become more aware and take ownership of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, creating a sense of empowerment and choice over how you live your life.
